RAIN or BAD Weather Information:   Our pasture (parking area) is on low ground so please call if we have had excessive rain the week before the show or if the weather is bad the day of the show.  Cancellation will be posted on Delaware Horse Events and Annett Farms  Facebook page.  If you want to be called for a cancellation, please email me your phone number and I will call you.  eannett@annettfarms.com

• By entering a horse in a class or hauling a horse to the show grounds, all exhibitors, owners, agents, guests of owners, exhibitors, agents hereby agree to hold the show sponsors, the horse show, its officials, officers, directors, agents, employees, and all affiliated organizations harmless from and against any and all damage or loss that may occur to the horses exhibited or to any vehicle or property or individuals sent with such horse and agree not to make any claim therefore against any of them, whether directly or indirectly.  All persons who might claim through them or who are in any connection with them does further agree to indemnify and hold all mentioned above from and against any and all claims, loss, liability, damages, costs expenses occasioned by claims or actions for property damage and/or personal injury, including death, resulting therefrom, arising out of or connected in anyway the show management, whether caused by the act or failure to act, whether willful or negligent, of themselves or anyone in their employ or subject to their control, or caused by any horse, vehicle, or other article exhibited by them, or whether caused by the negligence, gross negligence, or willful act of any other person, horse, rider or animal which is present at the clinic/show, whether as an exhibitor, spectator, or otherwise, or whether the result of any cause, including actual or alleged negligence of the Horse Show/Clinic, its officials, directors, agents or employees.  I have read and understand the rules of the show and will make every attempt to keep my child well supervised and my horse/s or pony/s under control at all times.   I agree to hold harmless Annett Farms and/or Horse Power Show Hunters, LLC; its owners and agents,  and representatives from any accident or mishap while on the property no matter who is at fault.  I have read and understand the Delaware Code pertaining to horse activities as posted on the property.
